Low Pump Kit
The Low Pump Kit is a system introduced by XLVI in 2018 that enables a special extraction, capable of generating a beverage inspired by filter coffee, but in a shorter time and with a more intense and structured flavour profile.
The low pressure extraction enhances the sweetness, cleanliness and complexity of the coffee, offering a balanced and highly expressive result.
The system is distinguished by its special two-handled filter holder, designed for stability, control and optimal flow during extraction.
