L’Indipendente is an instrument that allows the extraction of espresso coffee. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that all the technological components necessary for its operation are incorporated into the machinery itself, without the presence of undercounter components. The possibility of change pressure, flow and temperature, allows the bartender to customise at will the’extraction, for a unique and exclusive cup product.
