Software Tea is the system developed by XLVI for tea extraction via a dedicated filter holder.
The software allows complete and customisable management of the extraction parameters - pressure, temperature and operating steps - allowing the creation and storage of dedicated profiles for each recipe.
This guarantees a controlled and repeatable extraction, fully respecting the characteristics of each type of tea.
