With the 55 Volante we want to offer the bartender as many tools as possible to allow him to customise and control his work. Independent saturated groups allow different temperatures to be set. The steam boilers, which are also independent, allow pressure regulation. The steam lance, with temperature probe and timer, gives full control to the bartender on milk frothing. With the 55 Volante, it has never been easier: all the maintenance ordinary and extraordinary can be performed by the front of the machine, cutting intervention times in half. The materials used and their robustness make it a unique machine.
