Brew Balance is an intelligent software developed by XLVI to support the bartender in maintaining the correct grind, so that the extraction is always balanced and consistent.
The system analyses extraction parameters and provides useful indications for preserving in-cup quality, while leaving the barista in full control of operational choices.
Brew Balance helps but does not guide, supports but does not force: a technology designed to enhance competence, sensitivity and human experience.
